By using GPT Blender at gptblender.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and remain responsible for activity under your account. You may not sell, share or misuse an account to evade limits or access controls.

AI 3D Generation and Blender Scripts

AI-generated meshes and materials may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for production. Review topology, UVs, scale, materials and licensing before use. Generated Blender Python is provided for inspection and editing; save your project and review every operation before running a script.

Content and Rights

You remain responsible for prompts, images and other material you submit and must have the rights needed to use them. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, GPT Blender does not claim ownership of your submitted content or generated output. We do not guarantee that output is unique or free of third-party rights.

Payments, Credits and Subscriptions

Prices and credit costs are shown before purchase or generation. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Purchased credit packs do not expire; subscription credits refresh according to the selected billing period. Failed provider jobs return reserved credits automatically when the system records a failure. The separate Refund Policy applies to payment refund requests.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, create or distribute malware, probe or disrupt systems, evade safeguards, submit content you are not permitted to process, or automate abusive activity.

Availability and Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Models, providers, timing, formats, prices and features may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, non-payment or violations of these terms.

Blender and Third-Party Names

GPT Blender is an independent third-party project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Blender Foundation, OpenAI or other referenced model providers. Blender and other names belong to their respective owners.
