This policy applies to GPT Blender at gptblender.app and explains how data is handled when you browse the site, create an account, generate a 3D model, create a local Blender script, make a payment or contact support.

Information We Process

• Account details such as your name, email address and authentication provider.
• Prompts, source images, generation settings, job status and generated 3D files when you use cloud 3D generation.
• Subscription, credit and transaction records. Stripe processes payment-card details; GPT Blender does not store full card numbers.
• Basic request, device, security and diagnostic logs.
• Analytics events used to understand product performance.
• Messages you send to support@gptblender.app.

The deterministic Blender script generator runs in your browser. Its scene brief is not sent to an AI provider by that feature.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide accounts and generation jobs, store results, apply or refund credits, process payments, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, respond to support requests and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Service Providers

Cloud infrastructure, authentication, storage, AI model, email, analytics and payment providers process limited data on our behalf when needed to provide their corresponding feature. Their own privacy terms also apply.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable account data by emailing support@gptblender.app. Legal, security and transaction-record exceptions may apply. You can also control cookies through your browser.
